Hello Kun Qu,

Most assemblies will have at least one track with the coding region
defined in the Gene and Gene Prediction track group. Use the Table
Browser to navigate the tables/schema and output portions of a track or
use ftp to the Downloads server to obtain the entire track.

For example: Human Feb. 2009 (GRCh37/hg19) assembly

Track -> UCSC Genes
Primary table -> knownGene
File name on downloads ->
      goldenPath/hg19/database/knownGene.txt.gz
genePred file format ->
      http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat.html#format9

Navigate the downloads server here:
     http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html

Anonymous ftp help:
     http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download1

Thank you for your patience. Please feel free to contact the
help mailing list again if you require further assistance.

Regards,

Jen
