Dear Sir/Madam,
"PicTar.org" web site is well-known and esteemed for searching and identifying microRNA target predictions. However, the http://pictar.org/ site was updated on March 26, 2007. They stated that the miRNA predictions database had been hosted by your genome center: New: human, D. melanogaster, and C. elegans microRNA target predictions are now a track of the UCSC Genome browser <http://genome.ucsc.edu/> . Thus, bulk downloads can be done directly from the UCSC database (use the Table Browser). Thanks to the UCSC database team, especially to Hiram Clawson. Our question is: How can we make target predictions' bulk download for all mostly updated human microRNAs? Thank you in advance for your help.
