Hello Amit, In the table browser, start with UCSC Genes and link to RefSeq Genes through an intermediate table called: knownToRefSeq.
For output, choose "selected fields from primary and related tables", name file, and submit. The next form will allow you to add in linked tables. You will need to first add in the intermediate table knownToRefSeq, submit, then refSeq will be in the list. knownGene -> knownToRefSeq -> refSeq You can add in other tables if you want and pick which field to put in the output file. Help: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTablesHelp.html#SelectedFields Hopefully this helps! Please feel free to contact the mailing list support team again if you would like more assistance.
