Note that with this syntax
  /path/file.2bit:seqid
you are just limiting it to one target sequence.

But with this syntax
  /path/file.2bit:seqid:start-end
you are pulling out a region
whose coordinates will now be
0 to (end-start) and the blat output will
thus require lifting back up
to the original coordinates by adding "start".
