Hello Hao Zheng, Most of the tables in the UCSC Genome Browser have descriptions of their fields that can be seen by clicking the "view table schema" button in the Table Browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables). However, in the case of the go database tables, you can see detailed field descriptions by going to the Gene Ontology database website (http://www.geneontology.org/GO.database.shtml) directly and looking at the table schema there.
