Hi,
I am trying to install a local copy of the UCSC Genome Browser. I
downloaded the cgis via rsync. I can see the welcome page but when I try
to see the genomic region, I see the upper menu, the zoom control, the
position but no image.
I am getting weird errors, from hgTracks. From the apache error log:
