Hi Eunice, The htdocs is also available as part of the source tree (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/jksrc.zip) Unzip the jksrc.zip, the index.html and others are in the "src/hg/htdocs" sub-directory. Copy everything there to your $WEBROOT manually. Please refer to http://genome.ucsc.edu/admin/mirror.html#step6 for more details.
