Is there a way of highlighting a genomic interval when using the "position or search term" search box? The feature that I'm looking for is the same as the one provided when using custom tracks: by giving a genomic coordinate to the UCSC genome browser in a bed file, it shows the coordinates as black bars. I wonder if it is possible to do the same without having to edit a custom track. Often times, colleagues and I want to see what is nearby a given coordinate. But as soon as we zoom out the desired coordinate, it becomes difficult to keep track of the original location because there's no highlighting. Although, as I said, it is possible to obtain this with a custom track, it would be much faster to have this as the default behavior. If this is not yet a feature, I'd like to suggest its implementation, perhaps as default behavior. A fancier idea would be to show the last N coordinates, with different colors and a label, something like an on-the-fly custom track, without the need of editing one, for quick viewing.
   Thanks!
