Hi Tai-Chung, Unfortunately, there is no direct link to the "Get DNA" page. However, you can specify the region and assembly by defining these variables in an url. Here is an url with dummy variables to define the region and assembly: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgc?g=getDna&c=chr#&l=start-position&r=end-position&db=assembly
