Hi Mary, Thank you for the email. It does seem easier to reorder tracks using the drag-reorder style; guess I was just used to the old fashioned way.
Using this new feature, I was able to reorder my tracks and save the session, with the order retained. Just a note, the "blat" track is also reordered and it appears right at the bottom for my session. So I aligned a sequence to the genome using the web blat tool and reordered the blat track and saved my session (I did this as this is the only way I could make the blat track appear). After saving and reloading, the blat track is reordered in the place I would like to see it but the track from my last blat result was also saved. I wonder if an error would occur once the cache for the web blat track has been deleted. Thank you again for your email and support.
