Dear Katja,

We may have some tracks in the hg18 assembly with transcription factor binding
site info that may help you:

https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2010-January/021060.html

We also have a track on hg18 called TFBS Conservation which contains the
location and score of transcription factor binding sites conserved in the
human/mouse/rat alignment.

If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact the mailing
list again.

Subject: [Genome] Non-conserved TFs between human and mouse

Hi,

I would like to make a list of human and mouse transcription factors and
find out which TFs are not conserved between the two species. What is
the best way to do this?
