Hi Feng,

The best way to get the sequence for all the UCSC Genes is to use our 
Table Browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables). First, select 
your clade, genome and assembly of interest. Next, select the "Genes and 
Gene Prediction Tracks" from the group menu - "UCSC Genes" should be 
automatically selected as the track. Next, select "sequence" from the 
output format drop down menu and click "get output". Configure the 
output display and click "get sequence".
