Hello Carl,

Creating new tracks for hg19 continues to be a priority for the team as 
data sources become available. There is a new miRNA track that will be 
coming out soon. No FISH or sno data is available/new at this time.

Meanwhile, the liftOver utility is available and may yield good results 
for these tracks in particular. Results can be loaded back as a Custom 
track and evaluated.
