Hello Carl, Creating new tracks for hg19 continues to be a priority for the team as data sources become available. There is a new miRNA track that will be coming out soon. No FISH or sno data is available/new at this time.
Meanwhile, the liftOver utility is available and may yield good results for these tracks in particular. Results can be loaded back as a Custom track and evaluated. http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#CustomTracks Please feel free to contact the mailing list support team again if you would like more assistance.
