Hi, I need to get the locations for all telomeres and centromeres in the human genome (build hg18). I tried using the gap table and got many of them but there are still several missing. I also tried the work-around suggested in one of the questions, but nothing will get me the locations of the telomeres for some of the chromosomes e.g. chromosome 1.
