I am trying to download human protein sequences for Track RefSeq Genes, table refGene with output format "sequence".
At the end of the downloaded file, I get the message: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Database inconsistency table 'hg18.gbExtFile' no ext file with id 5186 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The downloaded file contains 22,223 sequences, whereas the Summary Statistics page indicates 29,400 sequences.
