Hello all. I admit that I am probably not investing a sufficient amount of time figuring out exactly how to compile and view the contig sequence information, however I hope that someone might be able to give me a short cut for this request.
Simply, all I want is the complete sequence for Chr Un (the unplaced sequence "Chromosome"). I've tried to get the Genome Browser to display Chr Un:217332100-217332038 and other such intervals with no dice. I've downloaded the sequence files multiple times, but I can't seem to find any file for the Chr Un. I'm quite sure that this has been asked for multiple times, but alas I am a new comer and this really isn't my area of expertise. I thank you in advance for any information.
