Hello, This table represents Gladstone expression data used by the Gene Sorter (it is an optional column on the configure page). The last human assembly it is associated with is May 2004. The table format and description can be found in the Table browser. It is in a distinct database called "hgFixed". Pulling up some data in the Gene Sorter with this expression data viewable will explain the data in context, but here are some details.
Two tables complete the dataset. The values you ask about represent expression data for that probe: hgFixed.gladHumESExps hgFixed.gladHumESOtherData (.qVal & .hVal) Description of the data: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgNear?near.do.colInfo=gladHumESDistance Hope this helps, Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group Charu Gupta Kumar wrote: > Hi, > > > > I was curious what this table data shows.
