Hello, This latest human assembly is very new and the track has not been created yet. We are working as quickly as possible to release key tracks. New data will be listed in our release log, for the Human Feb. 2009 (hg19) assembly, this is located here: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html#hg19
