Hello Maxel,

You are correct, this is an error. We have known about it for some time 
and have decided to not fix the legacy data.

A better option (even in the absence of an error) would be to use the 
newest conservation data which is a 44-way. This data is formatted 
slightly differently in the Assembly browser track controls - all 
related tracks are combined into a single composite track called 
"Conservation". Click on the track's name to view the components, 
display controls, and methods. The sub-track component analogous to the 
one you mention is called "Element Conservation (phastCons)". In the 
Table browser, the data is in the table called: phastCons44way. The 
entire dataset is also available by ftp from our Downloads server.
