Hello Malik,

Our latest version of mouse is the July 2007, mm9 assembly.  Try looking at the 
table called "all_mrna".  This table may also be downloaded here:

http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm9/database/

or accessed through our Table Browser here:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables
