Hello,

LiftOver uses the information from the Chain and Net tracks to generate 
a "best mapping" location from one species to another based on the data 
in the "over.chain" file in Downloads->genome->LiftOver files. A better 
choice, if you wish to use the UCSC browser's data, is to view the 
Conservation track data (view along with individual Chain/Net tracks 
per-species).
