Hi Vibhuti Jain, This latest human assembly is very new and the track has not been created yet. We are working as quickly as possible to release key tracks, but we recommend that you use the Mar. 2006 (hg18) data for now.
New data will be listed in our release log for the Human Feb. 2009 (hg19) assembly, which is located at http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html#hg19 . Please check back periodically to see what new tracks are being released.
