Hello Inbal,

For best results, load each separately using the Custom track 
page/tools. Loading using a URL is an option.

For organizing/retaining track settings, use the Sessions feature. 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#Sessions
