Hi Saba, Thank you for your inquiry. Your question led us to uncover an error in our system. The monDom5 database wasn't being placed on the download server as n often as it should have been and therefore the copy of the monDom5 database you downloaded was old. This issue has now been fixed.
Please download http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/monDom5/database/ again. It will have different refseq and genbank files associated with it that you will find in /gbdb/genbank/data/processed/.
