Hi all, Anybody knows how I can download pri-miRNA and lncRNA dataset from either UCSC table and/or FTP site? I dont see those listed neither on the drop-down list of the Table Browser nor the FTP site. Or if anyone can recommend me good (most updated and full list) resources, that would be great enough.
