Hi Jonathan, The HapMap LD track is not currently available on the hg19 human assembly. It is a track we'd like to have on hg19, however, we do not know if/when this track will be created. The track is still available on hg18, and so you might want to find your genes and use the HapMap LD track there. To change assemblies, go to the Gateway page (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway) and select the Mar 2006 (NCBI36/hg18) assembly.
Please don't hesitate to contact the mail list again if you have any further questions.
