Hi Mike, It looks like all the danRer7(Zv9) downloads are up to date. DanRer7 (released last month) is the UCSC name for the Sanger Institute version Zv9, which was released July 2010 (please see: http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQreleases.html#release1 more for information).
