Hello Alex,

The phastCons 17way was most likely done using a tree with more species 
(as you point out). We believe that this does not significantly affect 
the phastcons output. At this point in time, we do not have the 
resources to go back and redo this analysis using the smaller 17 species 
tree. We apologize for the inconvenience.
