Hi Cheryl,

The best way to do this is to place multiple tracks into one custom track
submission. To do this create a small file that is just the track lines to each
bigWig file. To submit the set of tracks, use the URL to this small file and
each track will be used.

I hope this helps to clarify things for you. If you have further questions,
please contact the mailing list: [email protected].

Subject: [Genome] Displaying >1 custom annotation tracks

Hello,

We're trying to display more than one custom track on your Genome Browser. The
BigBed files are stored on our server, and I'm having trouble constructing a
URL that will display 2 tracks. Here is what I've tried:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=mm9&hgct_customText=track%20type=bigBed%20name=NAME1%20bigDataUrl=http://username:password%40phenogen.ucdenver.edu/ucsc/FILE1.bb&hgct_customText=track%20type=bigBed%20name=NAME2%20bigDataUrl=http://username:password%40phenogen.ucdenver.edu/ucsc/FILE2.bb

It only displays the 2nd track, and not the first. Can you see the problem
with my URL?

Thanks for your help.

Cheryl
