I found a discrepancy in all_est.txt and estOrientInfo.txt files. It seems that estOrientInfo.txt is missing entries for 521 of all_est.txt entries. Since attachments get stripped, I copied and pasted below a sample of accession numbers from all_est.txt that don't have corresponding entries in the estOrientInfo.txt file.
(there are 1059147 unique accession numbers in all_est.txt file and only 1058626 unique accesion numbers in estOrientInfo.txt).
