Hi Igor,

The best tool for this would be the Table Browser. You can get to the Table
Browser by clicking on "Tables" from the blue navigation bar.

Set the appropriate clade, genome, assembly.

Set the following:

group: Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks
    track: UCSC genes
    table: knownGene
    region: genome
identifiers (names/accessions): (paste in the ones you are interested in)
    output: sequence

Click "get output"
Select "genomic"
Click "submit"

check the following:
5' UTR Exons
CDS Exons

Then select the other options you would like.

Click "get sequence"

Subject: [Genome] downloading exon sequences

Hello,

Is it possible to download all exon sequences with flanking regions (e.g. 100
bp) for any given gene from USCS Genome site as a single operation?

Thank you,

Igor
