Hey Tony,

There's a good chance that your problem is that one of your maf files
does not end with a blank line, which is a strange requirement of our
custom track maf code that is scheduled to be fixed.

Could you confirm that all of your maf's end with a blank line, and if
so, get back to us so we can look more closely at this?
