Hi! I can't seem to find it anywhere, and I was wondering if maybe I am missing something. I am looking for something that is like the human chained self alignments, but for rat to itself. I see that the data exists for a couple of organisms like mouse, zebrafish and human but I can't find it for the rat. Does it exist? Is this something I could generate myself? Is there a description anywhere regarding how the chained self alignments were generated?
