Hi Nathan,

There is not currently a way to color the ESTs in the browser track by
strandedness.

Please contact the mail list ([email protected]) again if you have any
further questions.

Subject: [Genome] color track by strandedness

Hi,
Is there a way to color the ests by strandedness in the genome browser?
I'm aware of the right click "configure" for each track, but can't get to
strandedness.
thanks,
Nathan
