Dear Sir or Meden, I usually download gene annotation information from UCSC ftp site because it may be the most convenient way. But I found that there may be some mistakes in table “refLink” for HG19. The description of gene DBT “product” lacks some words. This may be caused by some little lapses and other rows may have the same problem, please check it.
