Hi Christopher, It is possible to specify additional track display attributes in the trackDb.txt file of a data hub. Please note that the colorByStrand attribute only works for beds 6-8 (or bigBeds 6-8). This is how I structured my trackDb.txt to enable the feature:
track track_name bigDataUrl track_data_url shortLabel short_label longLabel long_label type bigBed 6 colorByStrand 255,0,0 0,0,255 Please contact the mail list ([email protected]) again if you have any further questions.
