Hello, Our servers seem to be working fine; maybe you are experiencing network problems on your side? Are you able to ping genome.ucsc.edu? One of our engineers suggests you try this command: mysql --user=genome --host=genome-mysql.cse.ucsc.edu -A -e "show tables;" $database (example: mysql --user=genome --host=genome-mysql.cse.ucsc.edu -A -e "show tables;" ce6)
