Hi Prithvi, Our mailing list software strips attachments, but we were able to recover and view the file you sent. It looks like there could be a couple of problems:
1. Chromosome names in the Genome Browser are always lower-case. If you change "Chr1:898835-898835" to "chr1:898835-898835", the conversion should work. 2.
