I have no expertise on using the ModBase site, but I clicked around a 
bit and I did find a link to the image you are looking for on the PDB 
website (for more information, see: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protein_Data_Bank):

If you click on the image, there is an option to download it.  This 
looks like a higher resolution image than the one supplied on the UCSC 
Genome Browser.  Here is their usage policy:
http://www.pdb.org/pdb/static.do?p=general_information/about_pdb/policies_references.html

If you have further questions about the images on PDB, you will need to 
contact them directly:
http://www.pdb.org/pdb/home/contactUs.do
