Hi James, The Rhesus build 1.2 is actually the same as the assembly we have displayed. The NCBI mapView website states the following:
" NCBI's /Macaca mulatta/ build 1.2 is an April, 2010 re-annotation of the Mmul_051212 assembly." Please contact the mail list ([email protected]) again if you have any further questions.
