Hi, I want to install UCSC Genome Browser on Ubuntu. I have a problem, I can't run this command "MYSQLINC=/usr/include/mysql"... Honestly, I don't what the command is. Please let me know what the problem is and how I can solve. Please let me know how I download a database and use it. I do this page " http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/bigZips/ " but I dont know, I should download which of those files. And how I can use it.
