Hello, I would like to translate a track from the mm8 mouse assembly to mm9. I cannot find the required map.chain file in liftOver downloads (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm5/liftOver/), so as proposed I send you this e-mail hoping that you could provide me with one.
