We do not typically do minor assembly updates. You can read about the 
assembly details by looking at the assembly details page - visible when 
you select your assembly of interest on the gateway page:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway?clade=mammal&org=Human&db=0

If you are interested in the patches on hg19 we do have a track that 
details all the patches:
