Hi  Lee,

You are correct; there is no longer an exceptions table. You can find 
the exceptions in the snp132 table itself, in the "exceptions" field. 
For a description of all the exceptions, you can use the 
snp132ExceptionsDesc table, but this table does not show up in the Table 
Browser when the SNP track is selected (this is a feature we are 
currently working on). However, if you select "all tables" in the Table 
Browser, snp132ExceptionsDesc will show up. You can also find this table 
on our downloads server here: 
hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/snp132ExceptionDesc.txt.gz
