The data you are referring to was not submitted by UCSC which means that
UCSC doesn't have the all data referenced in the GEO Series and paper. To
better understand the data the paper is referring to we suggest that you
contact the submitter of the samples to GEO, which can be found on the GEO
Series Page (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE26386) or
contact the corresponding author of the paper.

Same issue:  The data for HepG2 H3K4me1 is missing and GEO only has the BED
alignments (not BAM)...
