Hi Christopher,

The restriction enzyme sites are calculated on-the-fly, so the is no 
real way to "add" a restriction enzyme. However, it is possible for you 
to create the mappings of restriction enzymes to a genome sequence 
yourself using programs developed by the UCSC Genome Browser group. For
