Hi Sim, According to our release log for hg19 (http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html#hg19), the last release of the Ensembl Genes track (and therefore the corresponding download files) prior to May 17, 2011 was the release of Ensembl version 62 on May 12, 2011. So, that is likely the version you downloaded.
