UCSC Group, Mr/ Mrs, The UCSC genome browser interProXref.txt located at this link http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/proteinDB/proteins090821/database/ contains start and end columns. My query is, these columns stand for chromosome start and end positions. I would be glad for your support and kindness.
