Here, I have a question need your help: The conservation score file can be downloaded from Conservation scores for alignments of 6 vertebrate genomes with chicken (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/galGal3/phastCons7way/). But there are not bed files can be downloaded. Can you send me bed files which contain conserved elements of 6 vertebrate genomes with chicken. Thkan you! Really appreciate your help!
