Hi, I have been using your RNA seq Browser to track the 5' UTR of a specific transcript. Many contigs are displayed. Among them is contig number 69361 with fpkm of 6.12. Here is the link:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks I was wondering whether this transcript is real and how would we know so...it is identical to the genomic sequence but this area is in between two genes....could it be that there is a geneomic amplification and not RNA seq amplification? How can we be sure this contig is real? This is very important to my resarch, I would appreciate your concern.
